Amy Smith

Having an extensive background in the customer service/restaurant industry, I made the move to Real Estate in 2002. Starting out in new construction sales, I worked for the two biggest production builders in Louisville. As much as I enjoyed new construction, I was limited to what I could actually do with my business. After successfully selling out two neighborhoods in Jefferson County, I transitioned to "traditional" real estate.

In 2008 I worked as a "buyer specialist" as part of The Miles Team with Keller Williams East, in Louisville. During my time on the team, we were consistently ranked in the top 20 teams of the entire Ohio Valley Region. In 2009, I purchased Realty First, and was Broker/Owner until November of 2011 when I merged my brokerage with EXIT Realty Crutcher. With the constant changes in the Real Estate market, I realized it was time to team up with a franchise that offered top notch training, technology, and reputation. After researching all different companies throughout Louisville, I found EXIT Realty Crutcher was the best fit. Between Cindy's extensive knowledge of the HUD market, along with the best sales training in the industry, this was a definate win/win situation. 2011 has been my best year in real estate, with sales topping out at just over $5.5 million so far! I have sold just over 40 homes since January, and I can't wait to see what happens to that number in 2012! I love to work with both buyers, and sellers, and will sell anywhere in the Louisville Metropolitan Area. I have a special place in my heart for first time homebuyers, and work tirelessly to make the dream of homeownership come true.
